Cheese Wonder began with a simple idea: make a dessert that tastes extraordinary, starting from the ingredients.
The milk and eggs come from pasture-based farming, chosen for their clean, fragrant flavour that pairs beautifully with our light cheese soufflé and crisp cookie base. The difference can be subtle, but it’s what gives the dessert its balance and depth.
Just as importantly, we care about how it’s made, with a more thoughtful approach to farming that respects animals and the environment, so every bite feels as good as it tastes.

Two layers. Two textures. One signature bite.
Built with two distinct layers: a rich, moist cheese soufflé base and a light, airy cheese mousse on top.
Because it’s kept frozen, we’re able to preserve the freshness and texture of both layers without baking them into a typical cheese cake. The result is more delicate, more aromatic, and uniquely creamy.
Taste the contrast: dense and silky below, soft and cloud-like above.
The base is a buttery, pressed almond cookie designed to stay crisp and satisfyingly “crunchy” with every bite.
Made with Hokkaido butter and farm-fresh milk and eggs, it’s baked using a technique that enhances that signature crunch. For this version, almond flour is blended in for extra richness, so the cookie stays crisp yet still feels fragrant and indulgent, with a deeper buttery finish.

Cheese Wonder is all about contrast. For the best experience, enjoy it lightly-softened. Please finish within the same day after defrosting.
